New ‘Diddy’ sexual assault lawsuit claims unnamed people involved in assaults

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with seven new allegations of sexual assault.

Civil cases were announced on Sunday and Monday by four men and three women over alleged misconduct in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas in 2000 but mainly in 2022, the defendant’s lawyer Tony Buzbee said in Facebook.

Other cases have claimed that unknown persons attacked and accused Mr Combs.

Mr Combs, 54, faces at least two civil lawsuits alleging sexual misconduct, including 13 from Mr Buzbee’s firm.

In a new lawsuit, plaintiff Jane Doe said she was 13 years old when Mr. Combs drugged and assaulted her at an after party at the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

Responding to the allegations, Mr Combs’ lawyers issued a statement referring to Mr Buzbee’s earlier allegations.

Diddy’s lawyers are asking for a gag order

Mr Combs faces a criminal trial on May 5, 2025 on three felony counts of conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution.

The gag order request from Marc Agnifilo, Mr. Combs’ primary attorney, seeks to prevent potential state witnesses and their attorneys from making statements that significantly interfere with Mr. Combs’ right to a trial. fair.

Mr Agnifilo objected to a number of statements “intended to assassinate Mr Combs in the newspaper”.

A spokesman for U.S. Attorney Damian Williams of Manhattan, whose office is prosecuting Combs, declined to comment.
