Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of sexual assault in seven new civil lawsuits, including one that alleges other celebrities were involved in the alleged assault.

This is the latest wave of lawsuits from Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who said on Oct. 1 that he and a team of lawyers will be filing 120 sexual assault lawsuits against Combs over the next month. Combs remains in custody in New York awaiting trial on federal embezzlement, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution charges. He pleaded not guilty.

Two of Combs’ accusers in recent lawsuits say they were children when they were allegedly drugged and raped by the rapper. This is the first time that other celebrities have been named as participants in the official report; however, they are not named. Bad Boy Records founder’s lawyers are on the beat.

Jane Doe says she was 13 years old when she was sexually assaulted by Combs and another “celebrity.” This incident is said to have happened on September 7, 2000, when he tried unsuccessfully to attend the MTV Video Music Awards.

Jane Doe couldn’t get a ticket to the awards show, and says a driver who worked for Combs invited her to the after party. The girl is said to have signed a non-disclosure agreement to attend.

“Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff, looked him in the eye, grabbed him, and said, ‘You’re ready to party!’

Jane Doe testified that she had one drink but felt “woozy and light.” He slept in the room, and shortly after that, Combs entered with “a famous person and a woman.”

Jane Doe claims she was first raped by a famous man while Combs and an unidentified woman watched. Then he says he was raped by Combs while two other stars were watching.

The woman says that after the alleged attack she “fell into a deep depression that continues to affect every aspect of her life.”

Combs has denied all wrongdoing through his attorneys.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have complete confidence in the facts, their legal protection, and the integrity of the judicial system. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never abused anyone or who by sex – older or younger, male or female,” his lawyers said in a statement last week.

Combs has been accused of sexual assault on various separate occasions from 2000 to 2022 in a new wave of lawsuits.

One of the anonymous accusers is his coach who alleged that he was drugged and passed “like a party of [Combs’s guests’] enjoying sex.” The incident reportedly took place after Combs was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the BET Awards in June 2022.

The 17-year-old aspiring singer said she was drunk and fondled by Combs during a party at a New York City hotel in 2022. A third man, identified only as a Los Angeles businessman, said he was sexually assaulted during a promotional event. for Combs Cîroc liquor brand in 2022. One woman claims she was raped by Combs in 2014.

All charges were filed using the pseudonym John or Jane Doe.

On Sunday, Combs’ attorneys filed a motion with the judge to bar “prospective witnesses and their attorneys” from speaking, as it would interfere with his right to a fair trial. The decision follows a motion last week in which the businessman’s lawyers requested that his accusers in the federal case be publicly identified so he can defend himself.

In an interview with People, the “Candy Shop” rapper defended how he’s been publicly trolling Combs.

“Look, it looks like I’m doing the worst, but I haven’t. I’m actually the only one saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years,” 50 Cent said. . He is producing a Netflix documentary about Combs’ abuse allegations.

On Nov. 4, a federal appeals court will hear arguments on whether Combs should be released from prison pending trial. This is his third bail attempt.
